Terms & Conditions

Last updated: April 2026. Please read these terms carefully before placing an order with Coffralit. By using our website or making a purchase, you agree to the following terms.

1. General

These terms and conditions govern your use of coffralit.com and any purchase made through our website. Coffralit reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

2. Orders & Acceptance

All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance by Coffralit. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion — for example, if a product is out of stock or if a pricing error has occurred.

  • An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance — acceptance occurs when your order is dispatched.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders and issue a full refund if a product is discontinued or unavailable.
  • Prices displayed on our website are in GBP and include VAT unless otherwise stated.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT at the current rate. We accept payment via credit/debit card, PayPal, Klarna and DivideBuy finance.

  • Payment is taken at the time of order placement.
  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If the correct price is higher than shown, we will contact you before processing the order.
  • Finance options are subject to eligibility and provided by third-party lenders. Their terms apply independently.

4. Delivery

We aim to deliver all in-stock items within 5 working days across UK mainland. Delivery to certain remote areas (Scottish Highlands, islands, Northern Ireland) may take longer or incur a surcharge — we will notify you before dispatch.

  • Delivery is to a ground-floor room of your choice. Our team is not responsible for assembly unless agreed in advance.
  • Please ensure clear access and adequate parking for our delivery vehicle. Failed delivery attempts may incur a re-delivery charge.
  • Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect items carefully before signing.

5. Returns & Cancellations

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. We also offer an extended 100-day returns window as a goodwill policy.

  • Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and packaging.
  • You are responsible for the cost of returning items unless they are faulty or not as described.
  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods.
  • Bespoke or custom-made items cannot be returned unless faulty.

6. Warranty & Faulty Goods

All products come with a minimum 12-month manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

If an item arrives damaged or develops a fault within the warranty period, please contact us at sales@coffralit.com with photographic evidence. We will arrange a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coffralit shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our products or website.
  • Delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control (force majeure), including extreme weather, strikes or supply chain disruptions.
  • Loss or damage arising from inaccurate information provided by the customer at the time of order.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the value of the goods purchased in the relevant transaction.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on coffralit.com — including images, text, logos and product descriptions — is the property of Coffralit or its licensors and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content without our prior written consent.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
