Delivery Information

We want your furniture to arrive safely and at a time that works for you. Please read the information below so you know exactly what to expect when ordering from Coffralit.

1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to all mainland UK addresses. Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to the following locations at this time:

  • Scottish Highlands and Islands
  • Northern Ireland
  • Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, and Channel Islands
  • Republic of Ireland and international destinations

If you are unsure whether we deliver to your postcode, please contact us before placing your order.

2. Delivery Timescales

Delivery times vary depending on whether your item is in stock or made to order. Estimated timescales are shown on each product page. As a general guide:

  • In-stock items: Typically dispatched within 3–5 working days.
  • Made-to-order items: Lead times range from 4 to 14 weeks depending on the product and supplier. This will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase.
  • Pre-order items: An estimated arrival date is provided. We will notify you when your order is ready to be dispatched.

All delivery estimates are approximate and may be affected by factors outside of our control such as supplier delays or high demand periods. We will keep you updated throughout the process.

3. Delivery Method & Service

We use specialist two-person furniture delivery teams for larger items to ensure safe handling and placement within your home. Smaller accessories may be sent via a standard courier service.

  • Two-person delivery: Our team will bring your furniture to your room of choice, unpack it, and remove all packaging materials.
  • Assembly: Some items require self-assembly. This will be clearly stated on the product page. Our delivery team does not provide assembly unless stated.
  • Kerbside delivery: Certain large or heavy items may only be delivered to the kerbside. We will always make this clear before dispatch.

4. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and delivery location of your order. For many items, we offer free mainland UK delivery — this will be clearly displayed on the product page.

  • Free delivery is available on qualifying orders to mainland UK addresses.
  • A delivery surcharge may apply to certain remote postcodes.
  • Delivery costs for non-qualifying orders will be shown before you complete your purchase.

5. Scheduling Your Delivery

Once your order is ready for delivery, our team or courier partner will be in touch to arrange a convenient delivery date. For two-person deliveries, we offer morning and afternoon time slots.

  • You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been dispatched.
  • A tracking link or estimated time window will be provided where available.
  • If you need to rearrange your delivery slot, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid any redelivery charges.
  • If nobody is available to receive the delivery, a redelivery fee may apply.

6. Inspecting Your Order

We take great care in packaging all items to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, we ask that you inspect your order upon delivery before signing for it.

  • If you notice any visible damage to the packaging, please note this on the delivery paperwork before accepting the item.
  • If the item itself is damaged, please photograph the damage and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@coffralit.com.
  • Claims raised after 48 hours may be more difficult to process, so we strongly encourage prompt inspection.
